Dr. Ross’s journey as a world-class athlete is marked by her exceptional dedication and competitive spirit. She has represented both the All-Army Sports and the All-Armed Forces Sports teams, showcasing her athletic prowess and commitment to excellence. These experiences not only honed her skills in teamwork and discipline, provided an opportunity to receive an invite for a trial to play Professional Basketball with the WNBA Washington Mystics. These opportunities also instilled in her the values of excellence, consistency, discipline, dedication, perseverance, and resilience—qualities that she carries into her professional life.

• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Dr. Ross earned her BS in Information Systems, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of technology, data analysis, and systems management/design. This technical foundation is crucial for her approach to improving organizational processes through innovative technological solutions.

  
  

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) Pursuing an MBA allowed Dr. Ross to gain insights into various aspects of business management, including finance, economics, marketing, strategies, and operations. Her dissertation, titled Leadership, Models, & Strategic Thinking Catalyzing the Great Women Theory of Leadership: A Mixed-Method Study, investigates how women leaders can leverage their strengths to drive organizational success and foster inclusive environments.
